The wobble board promotes balance, body tension, concentration and sensitivity in equal measure. The child rises and first trains to come into balance on the wobbly board. Then it increases the exercise and the red ball is used. Two paths are pre-milled for this, one of which is simply straight, the other in a serpentine line. By shifting weight, the child carefully moves the wooden ball back and forth and tries to keep it on the board.
