Scope of the Montessori material:
1 wooden block with feet approx. 30 x 7 x 8 cm
1 counter bar made of wood approx. 30 x 4 x 1.5 cm
6 screws with nuts in different sizes
Instructions for the Montessori screw strips
The adult places the screw strips on the table in front of him. One after the other, he loosens each screw nut and places it in front of the block. If all the nuts are in front of the block, they are reattached to the respective screw one after the other.
The screw strips are handed over to the child.
Variations:
nuts and screws are loosened or taken out of the screw strips and mixed.
First, the screws are inserted into the correct holes in the block. Then the nuts are assigned.
