The job file with integrated self-control makes it easy for every child to learn all tasks from 1x1 to 10x10 quickly and easily.

With the included separator sheets, the child can divide the tasks according to difficulty. If a task has been solved correctly, it is placed behind a separator sheet and we repeat it the next day. If it is correct again, it goes behind the dividing sheet for the repetitions in the next week, etc.

Instructions for the Montessori multiplication board

The wooden box for the job file contains five dividers. These can later be used to create six compartments into which the cards are arranged. Correctly solved task cards in a subject are put in the next subject at the back.

The exercise cycle can either be chosen freely or look like this:

daily: 1st subject
every 2 days: 2nd subject
weekly: 3rd subject
every 4 to 6 weeks: 4th subject
every 8 to 12 weeks: 5th subject
at your own discretion: 6. Compartment

In the beginning, however, all cards are placed in front of the first separator sheet (1st compartment).
It is advisable to start with the cards in a 1x1 row (e.g. 1 x 5 to 10 x 5), later the tasks are automatically solved in a mess.

The cards of the selected row are taken out of the box and processed according to the row (1x, 2x, 3x ...) or shuffled (1x, 6x, 4x ...). The front of the card shows the task, e.g. 4 x 5 = the child puts the pearls on the multiplication board. The work can now be checked and, if necessary, corrected with the back of the card (on which the result of the invoice is printed graphically and in writing). If the task was solved correctly, the card is placed behind the first separator sheet (2nd compartment), if it had to be corrected, the card remains in the first compartment.

When all task cards in this 1x1 row are gradually distributed from the first to the other subjects, the next 1x1 row is chosen and processed in the same way.

To consolidate the series of tasks (learn by heart), you can later work in partner or individual work with only the cards (without the multiplication board).
