Seguin I & II in a set to learn the number structure up to 99 with Montessori

The Seguin tafeln are each two boards. Each of them is divided into five fields.

You learn the composition of the numbers 10 - 99. Seguintafeln I (11 - 19)
Each of the five fields of the first table and the four fields of the second table contain the number ten. The last field of the second board remains empty. There are also nine boards with the numbers from one to nine, which can be pushed onto the zero fields.

Seguintafeln II (11 - 99)
The numbers 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 are on one board and the numbers 60, 70, 80 and 90 are on the other. The last field remains empty. There are also nine boards with the numbers from one to nine, which can be pushed onto the zero fields.

An adult puts the Seguin tablets on the table in front of him. The number tablets from 1 to 9 are placed underneath. Now he pushes the number tablet with the number 1, starting from the right, in the top row of the board. The zero is now covered by the 1.
To name it, the tablet is moved again so that first the 10, then the 11 is visible.

Ten plus one is eleven

This is carried out down to the last number tablet. After that it is handed over to the child.

Variations:
The pearl material is added. The adult points to a number and asks: How many pearls must there be?

The exercise goes up to the number 99.

Variations:
To clarify and simplify for the child, the golden pearl material should definitely be added here. The exercise then looks like this:

A rack is placed to the left of the board, next to the 10.
He adds a pearl to ten plus one is eleven.
Now he pushes the number tablet with the number 1, starting from the right, in the top row of the board.
The second unit bead is placed on the ten bar: one, two. Ten plus two is twelve.
Proceed in the same way with the other number tablets up to the 19th
Another pearl is added. Now the individual pearls are counted one, two .... ten. Then the ten individual pearls are exchanged for another ten rod.
The two tens sticks are placed next to the twenty: ten plus ten is twenty.
Then continue as in the ten-fold.
